it converts a copy of Summer Lotus to the VNDS format.
the converter only runs on linux for now.
the "build" was successfully tested on the VNDS Interpreter on Android, VNDSX on NDS, and vndspcpl on Windows and Linux.
PLEASE READ THE README FILE.
if you intend to modify/improve/etc you are free to do so. but please note that the code is absoultely disgusting.
